At Faxcable, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your item if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The item was not as described on the website
  • You received an incomplete order

To be eligible, items must be:

  • In the same condition you received them
  • In the original packaging with all accessories/manual
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt, order number)

⚠️ We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases, used consumables (e.g., printer ink, paper), or accidental damage caused by the customer.

How To Request a Return

  1. Submit a return request via our Contact Form or email us at support@faxcable.ph
  2. Include:
    a. Order number
    b. Description of the issue
    c. Photo/video evidence (for damaged or incorrect items)
  3. Wait for approval and return instructions from our team

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be issued via your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for processing after confirmation
